Our HISTORY
At the beginning of the last century the young Giovanbattista Origgi attended the engraving art and sculpture school in Milan, achieving in 1910 the summa cum laude certificate.
In the following years he learnt in a complete and minute way the engraving art by the most experienced teachers of the city.
In 1927 the talent, the tenacity and a deep passion for this profession, carried him to start his first independent business in a studio in Chiossetto street in the heart of Milan, where he made punches for steel, brass and copper marking esclusively handmade with the ancient technique of burin.
Become the landmark of the firms around the district, in the years 50-80 Origgi engraver's establishment puts together handmade engraving art with the first pantographs and the high speed CNC machines.
Being employed by Origgi since 1970, Rocca and Lotti took over the firm in 1981.
Now the main customers of Origgi engraver's establishment are: craftsmen and industries, leader companies in the cosmetic, paper industry and bookbinding division and operators in hot pressing sector.
Linking 85 years of tradition and 30 years of knowledge, practice and development, the firm is able to provide clichès and punches for hot pressing and silicone rubber clichès, always meeting all the customers requests, maintaining an absolutely excellent quality degree.
Our TECHNOLOGY
Thanks to a fleet of last generation cars, our products guarantee the highest quality and precision regarding hot marking both silicone rubber clichès and metal.
Thin strokes, little captions and well defined logos are all the time the strong point of our work.
